Please
dress appropriately for your appointment, considering that you may be
asked to undress to enable your physiotherapist to examine the affected
area.
You are welcome to bring a companion with you during your treatment session if you prefer.
Payment is required on the day of your treatment.
If
you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us at
least 24 hours in advance to avoid any cancellation fees.
Insurance Coverage
Our physiotherapists are recognized by most insurance companies. Insurances we use include Bupa, WPA, AXA, AVIVA, Medi Cash and many more. Please contact us for more details. We can provide you the provider numbers of our physiotherapists for authorization codes.
If you claim from your private insurance and need receipts after payments, we can provide you with the receipts on your request.
